We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Returns can be initiated through our online portal for a full refund to your original payment method.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental U.S. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Are your jackets machine washable?

Most Weatherproof® garments are machine washable. We recommend washing on a cold, gentle cycle and tumble drying on low. Always check the specific care label inside your garment for best results.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to more international destinations in the near future.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
